Have you noticed the heavy fog that seems to be settling over the collective consciousness lately? It feels like everywhere we turn, there is a pervasive whisper—sometimes a shout—telling us to be afraid. We are told to look at the state of the world, the state of our finances, or the state of our relationships, and to brace for impact.
But today, I want to invite you to take a deep breath and step out of that fog.
We are living in a time where the old paradigms are crumbling, and it is tempting to look at the rubble and panic. But as spiritual beings having a human experience, we are being called to a higher perspective. It is time to stop being afraid.
Fear is an Illusion Fear is a phantom.
It is a projection of a future that does not exist and a past that has already dissolved. When we operate from fear, we are essentially praying for what we don’t want. We visualize the "no-win scenario," pouring our creative energy into a disaster that hasn't happened.
If we are, as I believe, co-creators of our reality, then every moment we spend focusing on the weaknesses of others—and the weaknesses of ourselves—is a moment we are using our divine paintbrush to paint a picture of lack and limitation.
The Trap of Criticism
Why do we focus on weakness? Usually, it is a defense mechanism. We point out the flaws in the world to feel safer, or we berate ourselves for our perceived shortcomings to try and "fix" them. But this only anchors us deeper into a frequency of inadequacy.
We must stop dissecting the darkness and start amplifying the light. It is time to see the world in a different, better light. Not because we are ignoring reality, but because we are choosing which reality to focus on. We can look at a muddy puddle and see dirt, or we can look at it and see the reflection of the sky. Both are true. Which one do you choose to see?
The Power of Co-Creation
If we are co-creating this human experience, why would we co-create a nightmare? Why would we focus on the "no-win" when we have the power to imagine the "all-win"? We need to pivot. We need to shift our focus from the illusion of scarcity to the truth of Gratitude, Plenty, and Forgiveness.
When you focus on gratitude, you acknowledge that the Universe is already providing. When you focus on plenty, you open the floodgates to receive. And when you focus on forgiveness—for yourself and for others—you release the heavy chains of the past that keep you tethered to the old version of the world.
Focus on the World You Really Want
Stop creating the scenario you fear. If you are a co-creator, act like it. Close your eyes and build the world you really want. What does it look like? Does it look like conflict, or does it look like harmony? Does it look like fear, or does it look like love? The world you see is a reflection of the vibration you hold. To change the reflection, you must change the vibration.
Strategies for Shifting the Light
Here are a few practical tools to help you move from fear to co-creation this week:
1. The "Cancel the Scenario" Technique
When you catch yourself spiraling into a "no-win" scenario—imagining the worst-case outcome—stop immediately. Physically shake your hands out. Say out loud, "I cancel this creation. I choose a different timeline." Then, immediately visualize the best-case scenario. Rewrite the script in your mind. This takes discipline, but it is vital. Do not let your mind wander into the dark forest of fear without a flashlight of truth.
2. The Radical Forgiveness Mantra Focusing
on the weaknesses of others creates separation. Whenever you feel the urge to judge someone (or yourself), try this mantra: "I see the light in you, even if you have forgotten it right now. I release you to your highest good." This does not condone bad behavior; it simply frees you from the toxic energy of judgment. Remember, forgiveness is not a gift to the other person; it is a gift to yourself.
3. The "Plenty" Audit
Fear thrives on scarcity ("not enough time," "not enough money," "not enough love"). To break the spell, do a daily "Plenty Audit." Write down five things you have in abundance. It could be the air in your lungs, the sunlight on your face, the breath in your body, or the support of a friend. When you focus on how much you have, the illusion of lack dissolves.
4. Visioning the New Earth
Instead of worrying about the news, spend five minutes a day visualizing the "New Earth"—the world you truly want to see. Imagine a world where cooperation replaces competition, where generosity replaces greed, and where healing replaces hurt. Feel the feeling of that world now. By feeling it, you are broadcasting the frequency that makes it real.
5. See the Soul, Not the Weakness
When you look at your neighbor, your partner, or yourself, look for the Soul. The weakness is often just a temporary cloud passing over the sun. Do not identify with the cloud. Identify with the sun. Look for the strength, the beauty, and the potential in everyone you meet. When you treat people as the divine beings they are, they often rise to meet that expectation.
A Final Word
You are not here to be afraid. You are here to create. You are here to be the light in the darkness. You are here to be a lighthouse of love in a sea of confusion. Don't let the world tell you it's a losing game. The game is rigged in our favor if we only remember who the players are. Let us stop creating the old world of fear and start co-creating the new world of gratitude.
You are powerful beyond measure.
Let’s get to work.
Blessings,
Steven
