It is unfortunate in this day and age that the following disclaimer has to be set in print, but to protect Steven E. Woods, R.I.S.E. and the locations that are used we have to present the following:

All information received during any communication is to be taken as an interpretation or personal opinion of those giving it.  What you do with that information afterwards is up to you and is your own responsibility. R.I.S.E., Steven E. Woods and the facilities used do present what they give through good faith and is not meant to harm, belittle, influence or fraud those using any of the services.  It is only through their intention to uplift, motivate, guide, instruct, teach and help those who partake in any of the services or offerings. 

Refunds are not given unless specific and due claim is presented, such as instructor truly did not provide what the offering was intended, damaged or wrong goods provided, such as t-shirt misprints, size or broken mug. reasonable refunds will be discussed.

Services such as counseling, circles or classes attended, artwork delivered, are considered (NO REFUND and RENDERED IN FULL) upon receipt or attendance. If unable to attend a paid in advance for service, 50% of payment will be refunded.  Refunds will be issued due to cancellation by the Instructor or due to weather related issues.  

Also participation or use of one of your free items per year is required or the website may deactivate your account due to lack of participation. Lifetime members must also attend at least one paid event, pay for one appointment or a recording per year or you risk forfeiting your Lifetime benefits and deactivation of your lifetime account. If so, you will have to reactivate your account via email request to stevenewoodsrise.earthlink.net A charge of $10 per activation. 

Before canceling or stop payment after service is rendered, charge back or refund request, please contact us at 301-760-9186 or email at stevenewoodsrise@earthlink.net to help discuss or resolve the issue.  If you do not allow for resolution, you will be excluded from further association with R.I.S.E., Steven E. Woods or the facilities used for the services.
